How do I subscribe?

How do I read my Rhapsody and Get Points?

Login (or refresh the page if already logged in) to read the article of the day. Stay on the page till the counter indicates: COMPLETED. Take the quiz and click on your wallet to check you points balance.

I can’t see the daily article.

Once you’re registered and subscribed you should access the daily article. Done that but can’t access? Please refresh the page or click on the homepage button. Still can’t access the reading page? Please go to your browser settings and clear or delete all the browser data, cookies and cache, then login again to "Rhapsody Subscriptions".

How do I subscribe?

How do I use a Voucher?

A payment voucher can be used to make payments, and these can be gotten from the various zonal offices or Christ Embassy churches. When paying with a voucher, please ensure you’re using it on the right package, and input the figures correctly.

LOGIN ISSUES:

Page says ‘Expired session’

Kindly refresh the page. If you still can’t login, please go to your browser settings and clear all your browsing history, data and cache and then login.

I get the “User Does Not Exist” Error.

Kindly, the "user does not exist" issue can now be solved by resetting your password. Please follow the steps below:

1. Click on the "forgot password" link. A link to reset your password will be sent to your email (please check the spam folder in case you don't see the email).

2. Click on the link sent and reset your password (you can use the same password you used before, if preferred).

3. Click on https://rhapsodysubscriptions.org and log in using the new password.

Upgrading My Account

Upgrading means you want a higher subscription value that what you have, in order to get more points when you read. To upgrade your account, please click on the Upgrade Subscription button.

Can I have two accounts?

Yes, you can, using the same names, but with a different email address. If you’ll be using the same device for the two accounts, please use different browsers for each account to avoid other issues.

PASSWORD ISSUES

I forgot my password/ Invalid password:

Kindly check your email for the initial email you got when you registered to read and get. It has your password, and if you find it you wouldn't need to change your password. Kindly check your spam folder if you can't find the email. If you can’t find the email, reset your password.

80% of your points will be converted into copies distributed after the end of the cycle. You can use the remaining to enjoy products and services that would soon be made available.

How do I convert the points to copies of Rhapsody?

The copies are automatically converted and you can see the copies you've distributed so far on your account, wallet section.
